1.The request on environment for screen printing has been getting high and high because of the continuous improvement of printing accuracy, especially circuit boards, electrical components and other high-precision printing, the environment also put forward higher requirements. Generally it requires a clean printing workshop and a platemaking workshop. Sometimes dust also will affect final printing quality. If necessary, install an air purification equipment to maintain the printing, and keep platemaking workshop clean.
2.Temperature and humidity are different in four seasons, which will impact on printing accuracy. Especially the multi-color overprinting, the impact is more obvious. Therefore, indoor humidity and temperature should be relatively stable, According to the changes in every season, it is necessary to adjust indoor temperature and humidity to ensure the printing accuracy.

1 Angle between scraper and screen should be 60~80 degrees;
2 For printing, one-way scratch for one cycle, not back to scratch.
3 check screen plate if there are scratches and residual ink on scraper after printing.
4 Washing water on item’s surface must be completely volatilized before printing
5 Should clean both sides of ink if Item to reprint but has not been UV curing
6 Wipe the item and make it clean before screen printing on its surface.
7 Ink should be fully stirred, and make sure there is no gas bubble;
8 The ink should be cleaned from the screen while taking a break. This is very important.
9 Unused ink on the screen should not be using any more.
